Since breaking onto the scene on the CMA Award Stage a year ago, Edwards’ remarkable rise and noteworthy impression has led to performances on some of the genre’s biggest stages and inclusions on Spotify's “Hot Country Artists to Watch,” CMT’s “Next Women of Country,” as well as her selection as a Top 20 Breaker artist on NPR. I’m very excited for everyone to hear the stories, the musical influences, the time and the experience that has brought me to this moment. In an interview with Billboard, Edwards shared, “This particular album may have been in the works over the last couple years, but for me to get to this point and put out this kind of body of work has taken almost a lifetime. In addition to visiting the Today Show, Edwards will return to perform at The Grand Ole Opry on Friday (11/4), where earlier this year she was lauded for having the “best (Opry debut) of all time” ( Country Living). In addition to “The Wolves,” Crashlanded includes “ Too Much Of A Good Thing” ( LISTEN HERE) – inspired by and written the evening she found out she was selected to go on tour with Chris Stapleton – as well as previously released tracks “Why I’m Calling” and “Hold My Horses” (full track list below). Written by Edwards, Emma Lee and Gavin Slate, and produced by Ryan Tyndell and Oscar Charles, “The Wolves” is one of twelve tracks Edwards co-wrote for the upcoming project. The track will be featured on her debut album, Crashlanded, available everywhere this Friday, November 4 th ( PRE-ORDER/SAVE). Warner Music Nashville recording artist Madeline Edwards made her Today Show debut this morning, November 2 nd, with a performance of fan-favorite single, “The Wolves” ( WATCH HERE).
